Amazing pair of huge vintage ceramic table lamps decorated with flower motifs in shiny black, creamy yellow and warm ochre by artist Noomi Backhausen for "Søholm Stentøj", Denmark. The lamps were handmade on the small Danish island Bornholm at the Søholm workshop in the 1960s and each lamp is a unique piece of art. The lamps are stamped by maker. Both lamps have been rewired with white fabric wire and equipped with new white linen shades. Replacements made: Mounted with new flax linen shades. Diameter: 40 cm./15,7 inches. Rewired: Rewired with white fabric wire. US plug can be installed. Minor losses.
