It used to be used for planing, production of furniture, windows, etc. Designer work.

This is the original cleaned sanded and re-applied wood oil and wax ready for re-use.
Table made in the 1900s from solid thick beech wood, base and whole. In addition to the trough floor placed under the table top and the drawer made of pine boards and a pine board in the recess of the table top and the back. Also the floor and sides of the drawer.
All functional and practical! Both spindles are also functional and can also be used for practical use. One spindle, actually the guide is slightly warped. Visible in the picture.This planing workbench was made with attention to detail about 120 years ago. See detailed photos. This workbench is an ideal durable piece that can also be used as a beautiful dining table, office table, TV cabinet, etc. ... The plate-top is easily separated from the base by lifting up, making it easy to transport to the living space.
