Outstanding quality antique Edwardian freestanding carved mahogany centre table having a fantastic quality figured mahogany cross banded top with a quality carved edge above a carved mahogany shaped frieze with shells and scrolls. It stands on four shaped carved mahogany cabriole legs with scroll feet raised on carved mahogany balls and united by a shaped carved mahogany stretcher. A very handsome example with a magnificent top and in fabulous original condition. The high quality of the craftsmanship is evident throughout. Measures: 76.5 x 138 x 76.5 cm Date 1910.
