About This Piece

Vintage Design

Stunning French low side table or pedestal dating from the 1940s- 1950s constructed in blond oak which is fairly unusual as they generally tend to be a lot darker. The copper rivets at the bottom are also a rare and subtle touch. The base is made of a decommissioned antique wine press screw and very much in the style of Charles Dudouyt. The table is in great condition considering its age with only what looks like an early repair to the bottom and the top has some light staining but no real flaws.
