Vintage Design

Very rare Scandinavian wall shelving unit with home office section. A Swedish workshop from Gustavsberg has created a modular set, but instead of wood, metal takes center stage. Nevertheless, there is no shortage of high-quality teak wood material known for its warm color, durability, and longevity. The metal shelves, in an ecru-light grey color, are finished with milled strips of solid wood. The beautifully veneered and practical dresser (or a console) is adorned with handles, also carved from solid wood. Surprisingly, the two drawers of the compact desk fit seamlessly into the aesthetic. Made from high-quality plastic, they showcase Scandinavian experimentation with modern materials. Thanks to the use of plastic, the drawers are lightweight and glide smoothly.
The set is fully modular. with a practical hook-based mounting system, all components can be arranged in any configuration. Additionally, the brackets on the edges of the display shelf allow it to be positioned in multiple ways. The arrangement shown in the picture is just an example.

This is a unique set like no other we've had before. It’s a perfect combination of classic design with a modern twist, making it a great fit for contemporary interiors. It can also serve as a practical workspace in the comfort of your own home.
Despite the passage of time, the set is in excellent condition. Metal pieces have been repainted and the wood rejuvinated with professional compounds. It looks almost like new.
