This functional wall unit is a true example of Scandinavian mid-century design at its best. It is an entirely modular shelving and storage system called “Ergo de lux” which was designed by John Texmon for Blindheim Mobelfabrikk and made in Norway in the 1960s.
The combination of shelves and cabinets offers a versatile mix of display and storage options, making it ideal for living rooms or offices where both aesthetics and organization are essential. A compact desk will allow you to create a discreet workspace in the comfort of your own home. Its space-saving design makes it perfect for small apartments as well.
The design of this wall system allows you to adjust each component according to your needs. Ergo features an exceptionally elegant assembly system. The holes in the rails are beautifully shaped, enabling an intuitive arrangement of components in any configuration.
We usually have the freestanding version of Ergo in our collection, so if you're a fan of Texmon's design but prefer the wall-mounted version, now is your chance.

The wall unit has been checked by our team. It is in fantastic condition. All doors, drawers and montage mechanisms work properly and smoothly. The wood has been rejuvenated with professional compounds.
