This elegant mahogany extending table, dating from the 1960s, is a perfect example of the alliance between functionality and aesthetics.
The top of the table, framed by a miter cut, is inlaid with a veneer arranged in a grid, revealing magnificent geometric patterns.
Thanks to an ingenious extension system, the usable surface area of the table can be extended from 8 to 14 place settings, making it an ideal piece for large receptions.
The edge of the top is generously molded with grooves of different sizes, adding a touch of sophistication.
The scrolled belt rests on four half-round legs, also decorated with molded floral motifs.
These feet are connected by a moving spacer, ensuring both stability and elegance.
