Beautiful mid-century table lamp made of opal glass and ceramic. Designed by Ivan Jakeš for Osvetlovaci Sklo in Valašské Mezirící in former Czechoslovakia in the 1960's. Original wiring, fully functional. Bulbs: 1 x E27 or E26.
